Experience the real blessings and healing of God

Many people are awaiting the true blessings and healing of God. They are waiting that He will do something to relieve them off their ailments and tribulations. They believe that if God ever heals them, then they are going to believe it.

According to many Bishops, including Bishop K. P. Yohannan of the Believers Church, they have spoken to sinners who somehow had the same idea about salvation. They just simply wanted to leave it all up to God. According to one person I met, if God wants to save him, He will and he is just waiting on God to do so without any contribution from his end. It was impossible to talk him out of this notion, and, sadly, he passed away without receiving the blessings and healing of God.

As church believers, the word of God clearly states that it is the will of God to save people. He invites them to come forth in acceptance and whosoever will, He lets them receive the water of life generously. Hence, the responsibility of receiving God’s healing and blessings lies on the will of man to receive Him and also contribute in a way that God will bless him with abundance. This reminds me of Bishop KP Yohannan of the Believers Church based in Kerala who has always strived to lead people to experience the true salvation in Christ through his constant social endeavours and initiatives like the Gospel For Asia and the Bridge of Hope, to mention a couple.

Dr. K P Yohannan has been exceptional in following the true mission of the Believers Church and Gospel For Asia which is to selflessly serve God and Humanity. As a believer, it is sometimes possible that we look forward to the word of God and His promises in the wrong prospective. As for this person mentioned above, he thinks erroneously by believing that if God wants him to have His blessings and healing, He will give it to him and if he doesn’t get it, then God doesn’t want him to receive it. What we need is to get into the Word of God and seek out what truly belongs to us. If something is promised to us by God, or if it is provided for us in His Word, then it is His will and all we need is to do is to possess it!
